Our Shock Dyno

Aztech Motorsports provides professional shock dyno testing and suspension analysis for Speedway, motocross and performance applications throughout New Zealand.

Using our Roehrig shock dyno with CTW Probe software, we can accurately measure compression and rebound damping across a range of shaft speeds. This allows us to see exactly how a shock or damper is performing rather than relying on feel or guesswork.

Shock dyno testing is an important part of our servicing, revalving and suspension development. We can compare shocks, identify inconsistencies, verify adjustments and valving changes, and ensure a set of dampers is performing as intended.

For Speedway applications, dyno testing allows us to match shocks, compare different valving packages and develop damping characteristics around the car and setup. For motocross suspension, it gives us another tool to validate servicing and tuning changes and build a setup around the rider.

Whether we're testing a single shock or developing a complete suspension package, the goal is simple: accurate data, repeatable results and suspension that performs the way it should.
